About the Role

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join a school district in Indiana. As a key member of the education team, you will provide vital speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Deliver speech and language therapy sessions to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure optimal outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Participate in meetings and provide progress reports on student development

About You

  • A valid state license as a Speech Therapist Assistant
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Benefits Package

  • Weekly pay with a competitive salary range ($60,000 - $80,000 per year)
  • Guaranteed work hours with opportunities for overtime
