Senior Care Quality Assurance Specialist

This position is responsible for conducting in-home visits at clients' homes to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides. The goal is to determine whether existing care plans are adequate to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor clients' conditions and performance of duties by Home Care Aides
- Maintain all company and Department on Aging rules, regulations, and standards
- Conduct home visits to new clients to welcome and review the Welcome Packet
- Observe and evaluate Home Care Aides in the client's home as directed by Supervisor, to assure client Care Plans are being followed
- Prepare and complete accurate evaluation reports and case notes as needed
- Maintain schedules to assure timely completion of all assigned home visits
- Attend weekly branch meetings
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
- Maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance and be flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships
- Maintain open lines of communication
- Plan and organize work effectively and ensure its completion
- Meet all productivity requirements
- Demonstrate team behavior and promote a team-oriented environment
- Actively participate in Continuous Quality Improvement
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in the field of senior services, or related social service
- CNA certificate and license preferred; or similar training
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be client focused and customer service driven
- Computer experience - Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance for travel within the branch service areas
- Bilingual Preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
