Job DescriptionRole Summary

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Transition Project Lead to join our Buy Side Trading Solutions team in Boston, MA. This role will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end in support of institutional client portfolio transitions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scope, plan and manage projects from initiation to closure.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with transition clients, investment managers, and BNY Mellon teams.
  • Design and manage project plans, and present them to transition clients.
  • Prepare and maintain client onboarding and reporting documentation.
  • Provide ongoing oversight and monitoring of active transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • FINRA Licenses 7 and 63 required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US and global capital markets and financial instruments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive initiatives forward.
