Business Partner Analyst for MES LMM Apriso Platform

As part of our Technology and Global Services department, we are looking for a Business Partner Analyst to support the MES - Lean Material Management (LMM) / Warehouse Management system, based on the Apriso platform. This system is used by BD to manage materials' inventory and flow for our plants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and facilitate projects to roll-out technical upgrades and functional enhancements to sites for the MES LMM Apriso platform.
  2. Follow the TGS global methodology and maintain the lifecycle of MES LMM projects/enhancements in the IT portfolio management system.
  3. Understand and evaluate business needs and objectives for new capabilities to be developed.
  4. Create and maintain detailed documentation of user requirement specifications.
  5. Provide inputs and contribute to validation deliverables such as the Validation Plan and the Validation Summary Report.
  6. Contribute to the joined application design session with the TGS MES Platform Technical team, the vendors, and the business.
  7. Contribute to the testing of new features and functionalities in the MES LMM Apriso platform.
  8. Facilitate the integration testing with SAP and the validation of local systems connected to the MES LMM Apriso platform.
  9. Capture identified issues, gaps, and escalate them to the TGS MES Platform Technical team and the vendors.
  10. Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the software by following standard validation methodologies.
  11. Coordinate the deployment of new releases to plants.
  12. Train site super users on new capabilities and support the maintenance of job aids documentation.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal customers and collaborators throughout the lifecycle of technical upgrade projects/enhancements.
  14. Document lessons learned and standard methodologies in new releases management.
  15. Support the MES Platform Technical team in the escalation process and disposition of incidents faced in the live MES LMM Apriso systems.
  16. Collaborate with other team members and vendors by pro-actively providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement purposes on the TGS internal processes, business processes supported by MES, communication, and other related areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Supply Chain, Mechanics, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience with an MES, preferably the Apriso platform or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically - approximately 20%.
  • Familiar with database systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High competence in problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often multi-functional and cross-regional.
  • Ability to translate complex business/technical needs into simple and manageable requirements; handle partner concerns and risk mitigation as needed.
  • Passionate about Digital Transformation, learning new technologies, and trends in the software industry.
