About the Role

In this critical leadership position, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. As a District Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of integrity and ethics within the sales team.
    • Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you'll need:

    • A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or combination of education and related experience and/or training.
    • Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in the welding/gas industry.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in successful management of a sales team.
    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs and move up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.
    • Valid driver's license.

    Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
