As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- People Management:
- Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to drive employee success.
- Solicit and retain top talent by fostering a positive work environment and offering competitive opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide coaching and leadership to empower team members to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Customer Experience:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service through proactive engagement, timely issue resolution, and personalized attention.
- Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Promote menu items and product launches through engaging marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Financial Performance:
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased revenue and profitability.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
- Standards and Compliance:
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance.
- Enforce Hooters Girl image standards and promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and diversity.
- Monitor and address any safety or security concerns promptly and effectively.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs while minimizing labor costs.
- Administer cash handling procedures, including secure storage, counting, and reconciliation.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration through regular communication, recognition, and rewards.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Explore and implement local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost brand visibility.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt to new situations.
- Certifications: Valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certifications prior to beginning work.
