We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-tier support to end users in an onsite environment. The role primarily involves delivering hardware break/fix services, and assisting with PC rollout, imaging, and PC refresh activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all devices are functioning optimally for VIP users, addressing technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide VIP-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware break/fix issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
  • Perform PC rollout, imaging, and PC refresh, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and repairs
  • Work closely with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure excellent communication and service to VIP users, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
  • Deliver timely and efficient onsite support in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA)

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience with PC imaging and rollout processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Experience with VIP or executive-level technical support is a plus

Pay: $26 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
