GLORY is seeking a seasoned sales and leadership professional to join our team. As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a team of sales professionals. You will also be responsible for training and developing new team members, as well as daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members
  • Daily reporting of field activity using CRM

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
