Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and caring Psychiatrist to provide high-quality care to our patients. In this role, you will conduct psychological exams and testing, diagnose and treat psychological disorders, and assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors through the use of psychotherapeutic methods and medicine.



Responsibilities



  • Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide accurate diagnoses.
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Prescribe psychotherapeutic medication and adjust prescriptions as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans, including all medication information.
  • Consult with primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and patient-centered care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest professional developments and research in the field of psychiatry.


Qualifications



  • MD or DO from an accredited US-based medical school.
  • Current medical license and certification from the American Board of Medical Specialists (ABMS).
  • Deep knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods and approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong observational and assessment skills, with the ability to identify and address patient needs.

This is a remote position with Global Outreach TeleRehabilitation, requiring a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
