Job Summary:

As a Frontline Support Specialist at Stockman Bank, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banking system. Your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming requests from branches, utilizing exceptional customer service skills to address transactional issues, and providing assistance to bank-wide personnel with tasks such as new account setup, updates, and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming requests from branches in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize exceptional customer service skills to address transactional issues and provide assistance to internal customers.
• Assist bank-wide personnel with tasks such as new account setup, updates, and changes.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Willingness to learn and provide exceptional customer service.
• Developing interpersonal/team skills and effective working relationships with managers/leads assistance.
• Readiness to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Some Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of banking terminology and/or previous banking experience.
• Previous recent experience using Fiserv banking platform software and BPM.
• 1-2 years customer service experience in the CSR or teller role.

Working Conditions:

The position entails completing frontline support duties as assigned. Additionally, it involves assisting Stockman Bank branch employees with new customer account set up and changes to existing account set up as outlined in procedures on the Stockyard.
