Cybersecurity Operations Professional

Anomali is a leading AI-powered security operations platform modernizing security operations. We are seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our North America Customer Success team.
Job OverviewThis role requires a technical subject matter expert focused on customer success. As an advocate, you will guide customers through their maturity journey, use your technical expertise to solve issues, and help them achieve their security operations and threat intelligence goals.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as an Anomali Platform power user, helping customers achieve success with the technology.
- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key stakeholders.
- Address customer requests, proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Provide advice, guidance, and technical know-how for successful usage and adoption.
- Manage customer expectations while holding them accountable.
- Be a customer advocate and internal champion.
- Promote advocacy and track key account metrics, communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
We require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company with experience in cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
- Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intel.
- Expertise with at least one SIEM product.
- Strong grasp of general networking concepts and proficiency with various Operating Systems.
- Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
