Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Sienna Hills Operations LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain defensive driving practices.
  • Provide communication link between residents and staff.
  • Assist passengers in and out of vehicle, operate ramps, lifts and securement devices as needed.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Reading and interpreting maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for residents.
  • Presenting safety briefing to passengers prior to each trip departure.
  • Keeping assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management.
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required.
  • Fueling the assigned vehicle(s).
  • Coordinating the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions.
  • Responding immediately to accident or medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers, and rendering First Aide until emergency personnel arrive.
  • Serving as a positive role model while providing transportation service.
  • Participating in community surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as necessary or as may be directed.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least age 25 to drive company vehicle.
  • Service experience required.
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Previous driving experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
