Senior Project Manager

Audubon Field Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Environmental Services business unit. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and execution of complex and large projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary interface between the project team and the client representative, serving as the face of Audubon to the client.
  • Create, execute, and revise project execution plans to meet client requirements and project metrics.
  • Identify resources needed and manage team responsibilities, ensuring that all deliverables are reviewed, approved, and signed off prior to issue to the client.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects, ensuring that the project team follows Audubon standards and procedures.
  • Review project transactions and report any discrepancies on a weekly basis, and review and approve invoices within a 48-hour turnaround.
  • Maintain resource planning on assigned projects, manage project budgets and schedules, and remain accessible to clients during the life of the project.
  • Mentor a Project Management Team of other, more junior Project Managers and/or Environmental Scientists/Planners, drive Management of Change philosophy, and enforce corresponding procedures.
  • Serve as the champion for safety and quality on the project, reviewing and providing final Audubon approval to all subcontractors' contracts and invoices.
  • Manage the overall execution of projects, possessing a detailed understanding of and executing the sales/Business Development process.
  • Understand the relationship between multi-discipline deliverable packages, including procurement and construction activities, and consistently acknowledge and appreciate each team member's contributions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree and 15 years of Relative Experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of Relative Experience.
  • Education Preferred: BS Environmental Science/Ecology, Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of industry-related experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience Preferred: 10 years of experience as the Project Manager on large multi-discipline projects, business development success.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling techniques and software, knowledgeable in cost estimating and control, and able to speak comfortably in a group setting.
  • Understanding of all applicable discipline deliverables, financial management, and complex revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections.
