Hospitality Host/Hostess

We're a brand on the rise, seeking a skilled Hospitality Host/Hostess to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll set the tone for an exceptional visit by engaging with guests as they enter the Sports Bar.

As a Hospitality Host/Hostess, your main goal will be to manage waitlists efficiently and ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner while providing top-notch guest service. You'll have the opportunity to make every guest feel like a champion, making their experience truly legendary.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Prior experience working in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred. Additionally, you must be at least 16 years old (or higher per applicable law) and certified in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol handling requirements.
