Acquisition Systems Engineer

Job Summary
Arcfield is seeking an experienced Acquisition Systems Engineer to join our Integrated Intelligence team within the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED) as a SETA contractor on the Geralt program.
This position involves developing acquisition strategies and documentation, facilitating new prototype acquisition planning, and collaborating with government customers to monitor and manage program financial execution and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop acquisition strategies and documentation with government technical and contracts staff
- Facilitate new prototype acquisition planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and execution
- Draft common acquisition artifacts such as statements of work and contract data requirements lists
- Assist government customers in monitoring and managing program financial execution and planning
- Collaborate with other program offices on the transition of prototype software to baseline programs
- Deliver acquisition advisory services during technical and cost evaluations of proposals
- Document technical and programmatic requirements in coordination with technical staff
- Track technical progress, identify blockers to progress, and assess technical solutions with government developer teams
Qualifications
- Technical degree with 12-15 years of experience or 10-13 years of experience with a master's degree
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
- Intelligence Community experience and work history
- Minimum of five years supporting DoD/IC programs
- Demonstrated performance as an individual contributor working across integrated customer/contractor project and functional teams
