**Job Overview**: We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Manager to own both the affiliate and influencer marketing channels. This role reports directly to the Head of Acquisition Marketing and involves high visibility projects working directly with executive team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and grow our affiliate portfolio, focusing on upper funnel affiliates.
  • Lead strategy and execution for influencers, one of the largest and highest growth potential acquisition marketing channels at KiwiCo Inc.

About Affiliates:
KiwiCo Inc currently has an existing affiliate program, which you will oversee and expand by building connections, fostering relationships, and developing assets such as banners and email templates.
  • Nurture positive relationships with key affiliates, providing support and addressing concerns to maintain loyalty.
  • Monitor key metrics and collaborate closely with our affiliates to ensure they have the tools and support needed to enhance their performance.
  • Identify and bring content creators into the KiwiCo Inc affiliate program who resonate with our mission.

About Influencers:
You will lead influencer marketing strategy and execution, researching and identifying influencers across various platforms (primarily YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram) that align with our target audience and values. You'll negotiate contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and clear deliverables.
  • Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including engagement metrics and ROAS.
  • Recommend strategies for optimizing future campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing campaign impact.

About Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced professional with 5-7 years of experience, with 3+ years dedicated to affiliate marketing. You should have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities is also essential.
  • Experience with an affiliate platform (Commission Junction preferred).
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for content that resonates with specific audiences.

About Benefits:
KiwiCo Inc offers a competitive salary: **$120,000 - $150,000 per year**, depending on location and experience.
