About the Position

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities, including arts and crafts, games, music, and other programs. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing recreational and therapeutic activities
  • Engage residents in arts and crafts, games, music, and other programs
  • Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop a monthly activities calendar
  • Document and maintain records of residents' participation in activities
