Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Relationship Manager supports the Financial Advisor team in developing and enhancing existing client relationships. This includes providing specialized support in Business Development, Wealth Planning, Investment Management, or Business Management. The majority of time is spent on relationship management activities, assisting with and attending client meetings, and discussing investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and acquisition. To achieve this, you will engage with portfolio managers, product specialists, and/or Senior Wealth Planners and Investment Management Specialists to coordinate sales and service activities. You will work closely with the Financial Advisor and/or Senior Business Manager to develop, implement, and monitor the team's client service model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Financial Advisors in developing and enhancing client relationships
  • Providing specialized support in Business Development, Wealth Planning, Investment Management, or Business Management
  • Assisting with and attending client meetings
  • Discussing investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments
  • Engaging with portfolio managers, product specialists, and/or Senior Wealth Planners and Investment Management Specialists to coordinate sales and service activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent registration
  • S.A.F.E Act Registration; ADV-2B Required
  • Maintain at least one firm-approved designation
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services
  • Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions
