Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes, ensuring a thorough understanding of our safety and security standards.
  • Role-model safety as a top priority and address any unsafe practices promptly, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.

Requirements: 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.

Salary and Benefits: $13 per hour, flexible hours, competitive wage, and an associate discount. Part-time associates may be eligible for benefits including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.
