Salary Estimate
Based on national averages and industry standards, the estimated annual salary for this role is $62,000 - $82,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals during surgeries
- Maintain aseptic environment and assist with patient preparation
- Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth procedure execution
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; formal surgical technologist program completion or equivalent preferred
- One year of scrubbing experience and/or clinical experience in an accredited hospital highly desirable
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) and DORA licensure required
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing situations
