Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and passionate Personal Injury Trial Attorney Manager to oversee our team of trial lawyers. This role is crucial in ensuring our attorneys are well-prepared to handle a diverse range of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in personal injury law and a proven track record in litigation management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of four to five trial attorneys, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the management of various personal injury cases, representing clients in court and negotiating settlements.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct thorough discovery and depositions to build compelling cases.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and advocate for their rights.
  • Collaborate with the insurance defense team to effectively manage litigation.
  • Develop strategies for resolving litigation issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
  • Active admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing litigation.
  • Extensive knowledge of personal injury and insurance defense law.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing legal teams.
  • Strong drafting and legal writing abilities.
  • Experience in conducting discovery and depositions.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
