We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district in Missouri.

Job Overview

Soliant is a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, and we are currently hiring a full-time Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview.
  • You will be required to work onsite during the 2023-2024 school year.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401k packages.

Requirements
  • A valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent is required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
