Complete Care at Laurelton offers a unique opportunity for experienced nurses to take on a leadership role in our dynamic team. With a strong focus on providing compassionate care to our residents, we are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee the nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Schedule and Benefits

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will work a full-time schedule from 11am to 7pm with an on-call rotation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes daily pay option, health, dental, vision, and PTO for full-time employees. Opportunities for advancement are also available.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License, and previous long-term care experience. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include directly supervising the nursing staff, conducting nursing rounds, providing education to staff and residents, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
  • Previous long-term care experience (preferred but not required)
