About the Role

The Head of Auction Operations is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire auction operations process, from intake to shipment. This role requires a strong understanding of auction operations, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive scalability and efficiency
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory, photography, and shipping
  • Collaborate with sales, photography, and editorial teams to optimize auction processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong understanding of auction or e-commerce operations
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
