Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Stefani Prime. As a Bar Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons. Your expertise in crafting traditional and creative cocktails will be a valuable asset to our bar team.

• Manage customer checks and tabs, recording daily sales totals and entering them into our point of sale system.
• Serve a variety of beverages, including wine, beer, and mixed drinks.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stocking of wine, liquor, and beer, maintaining an accurate inventory of glassware and communicating any shortages to management.
• Restock and clean the bar area, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Verify customers' age through identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and team members.
• Prove customer service experience with a strong focus on patron satisfaction.

$25-30 an hour, including tips.
