Global Enterprise Sales Leadership Role

Ecolab seeks a skilled Global Enterprise Sales Director to lead our Pharma Enterprise Solutions group, driving global sales growth and customer expansion across Life Sciences, Nalco Water, and Purolite.
About the JobThis role requires a strategic thinker with 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years managing Corporate/Strategic/Key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industries, with strong business and financial acumen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global, cross-divisional account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing for competitive scenarios. They will also partner with Division CAM and Sales leaders to understand business trends and opportunities, and collaborate effectively to broaden innovative enterprise-wide solutions and value creation.
Responsibilities- Lead global, cross-divisional account strategies with LS, NW, and PL sales teams; identify new business opportunities and prepare for competitive scenarios.
- Partner with and support Division CAM and Sales leaders to understand business trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively to broaden innovative enterprise-wide solutions and value creation.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years managing Corporate/Strategic/Key accounts
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare industries
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to routinely travel 40-50% (including regular international travel)
Ecolab offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000, based on full-time 40 hours per week.
