Senior Trial Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trial Attorney to join our team at State Farm Insurance. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures. They will also have outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and be well organized, detail oriented, and able to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload.
This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and virtual work arrangements. The selected candidate should be prepared to spend time working in our Westchester office and from home, with the possibility of changing work arrangements based on business needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,625.00-$160,000.00, with potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary. Our employees enjoy a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff.
Key qualifications include a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, an active license to practice law in New York, and 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience.
