We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our production team in Muncie, IN. This is a full-time position working 2p - 10:30p, Monday through Friday.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

This role offers a competitive salary, incentive and benefit programs. Most benefits start day one.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for shipment, and conferencing with establishment representatives to rectify problems.

  • Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material.
  • Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to resolve issues such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
Requirements:
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external individuals, including ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Good organization and planning skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, shipping documents, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and commit to team goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with ERP system software, preferably SAP.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Background check required.
