Ascension Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse PRN to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County. As a PRN Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, and noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date, a Registered Nurse credential from the Florida Board of Nursing, and a diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
