Job Summary

The Culinary Specialist at Regency Integrated Health Services is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to dietary specifications and facility procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Work effectively with the dietary team to ensure seamless meal service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Texas Food Handler Certificate preferred.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.
