We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Underground Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of underground telecommunications cabling, directing crew members in the correct placement and repair of cables, and ensuring that all safety, quality, and production goals are met.

As a Senior Underground Infrastructure Manager, you will also be responsible for operating diesel or gasoline-powered equipment, locating underground cable, flagging, property restoration, and performing general construction work. Additionally, you will inspect trucks and equipment for defects, read prints, maintain daily production sheets, and perform other duties as necessary.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States for this company
  • Prior experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry (3+ years preferred)
  • Currently have a valid driver's license (CDL Preferred)
  • Able to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools in a safe manner
  • Capable of reading prints and interpreting utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilities
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.
  • Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance
