Direct Support Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising care teams, facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain supervisory skills and experience while directly impacting the lives of those you serve on a daily basis. You will be responsible for supervising a team of caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our program.
As a Direct Support Program Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities
- Providing support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care
- Supervising a team of caregivers and ensuring that staffing and schedules are maintained
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve, and strong organizational abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, and a current driver's license are also required.
