Job Summary:
KTek Resourcing is seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues with their computer systems and office IT products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and office IT products
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles and SOPs to improve service desk efficiency
• Participate in progress reviews and performance reporting to demonstrate service desk obligations
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a service desk or technical support role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and office IT products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
