As a Business Development Representative at The LaSalle Group, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients in the Nashville Metro area and leveraging your sales skills to positively impact their hiring and growth. You will work in a small office with room for rapid growth, adapting quickly and effectively to change. Your territory will consist of prospects and clients, and you will own the sales cycle from start to finish. You will conduct cold outreach to prospects and clients, set and attend meetings to identify hiring needs, and present The LaSalle Group's value proposition. Your goal will be to consistently generate revenue and exceed personal and company goals. You will also contribute to the team culture through collaboration, friendly competition, and celebrating wins with your peers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting
  • 1+ years of sales experience in the Nashville market or strong local industry knowledge
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to speak to hitting or exceeding metrics and revenue goals
  • Competitive, money-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to advance your career
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage decision-makers both in person and over the phone
