Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, including conducting research, utilizing e-discovery tools, data entry, scheduling, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal fact and basic legal research to support attorneys
  • Assist with case management and organization, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Electronically file pleadings and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and schedule calendars, ensuring seamless communication between team members
  • Utilize e-discovery tools to review and analyze discovery materials
  • Support trial preparation and assist with the drafting of motions, pleadings, and other relevant legal documents
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an area of complex litigation, preferably construction litigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Benefits

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
