Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Manager, HR Application Development and Strategy to lead efforts and complex projects pertaining to all technology within the HR Operations value stream.

\r

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience and drive product roadmap to meet customer needs.\
  • Lead the product development team, ensuring successful delivery of roadmap releases and features while achieving product goals and KPIs.\
  • Proactively address product development issues and escalate to senior leadership when necessary.\
  • Conduct discovery sessions with internal stakeholders, validating opportunities and solutions to define and manage the product roadmap.\
  • Demonstrate ability to conduct high-level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysis.\
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.\
  • Ensure organizational readiness and keep development, design, and product teams informed.\
  • Assist with product positioning and key messaging and be prepared for internal training and demos.\
  • Actively manage business relationships with respectful candor and hold the line on product mindset and be culture change agent.\
  • Manage resource pipelines to ensure timely delivery and proper support for products and services within the portfolio.\
  • Coach and develop a pipeline of talent within the organization.\
  • Identifies and documents business and technical requirements using standard templates.\
  • Has exceptional skills and expertise of business processes, and IT systems related to application security.\
  • Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies.\
  • Responsible for providing recommendations to senior management for process and/or system improvements.\
  • History of driving complex, ambiguous projects across multiple groups of stakeholders.\
  • Excellent organization, time-management and attention to detail with ability to multi-task.\
  • Flexibility for travel.\
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certified practical experience; masters, PhD)\
  • ~8+ years progressive experience concurrent with 4+ years in technical product management and 2+ years in leading product teams\
  • ~Ability to structure ambiguity, break down complex problems, and drive solutioning - Strong communication skills with proven experience handling collaboration across executives and other stakeholders\
  • ~Strong analytical skills, leading research, analysis, and data insights to inform decisions - Workday experience is crucial\
  • ~Workday Certifications is a plus\
