About the Job

Job Type: Part-time

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at Lot Management. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up trash and empty trash receptacles as needed
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning cobwebs
  • Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
  • Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil, such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, and graffiti
  • Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
  • Notify the supervisor in case of any repairs or maintenance needs
  • Wear appropriate safety equipment for tasks, including gloves, goggles, and safety vest

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and able to identify and manage priorities
  • Ability to complete physical requirements of the job
  • Janitorial or custodial experience preferred
