Caregiver - Direct Support Professional

At MARC Community Resources Ltd., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community.
The ideal candidate will have a valid CT Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and current CT registration and insurance. A PSL endorsement or the ability to obtain one is also required. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and CPR, First Aid, PMT, and Med Certification are preferred.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will work in conjunction with other staff members to provide the best possible care for all individuals. Requirements:
- Valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle with current CT registration and insurance
- PSL endorsement (or ability to obtain one)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years' experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred but will train right candidates
