We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Golf Shop Host. As a Golf Shop Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, maintaining carts and equipment, and assisting with various tasks related to golf tournaments and events.

• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience at our golf course.
• Assist with registering golfers, collecting payment, supplying rental equipment, and performing other tasks related to golf operations.
• Display, promote, and sell merchandise in the golf shop, adhering to sales goals and objectives.
• Perform various duties around the golf course, including setting and removing pins, removing trash, and noting the condition of the course.
• Assist with organizing group outings, tournaments, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest satisfaction.
• Identify and report potential safety and maintenance issues to supervisors, contributing to a safe and well-maintained work environment.
• Provide assistance to guests and teammates as needed, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional results.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous golf shop experience preferred.
• Experience with golf tournaments and events preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Commit to Safety First and adhere to the highest standards of cleaning and sanitizing.
• Show attention to detail, being organized and methodical in completing tasks and projects.
• Exhibit kindness, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
