Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory - L5 Franchise #0296. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, providing exceptional customer service, and selling memberships to help drive studio growth. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where you can develop your sales skills and make a real difference in people's lives. As a Sales Associate, you'll have the chance to:

  • Greet every customer with enthusiasm and energy, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our science-based, full-body group workout.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls at the front desk, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
  • Give studio tours to walk-ins and first-time guests, showcasing the facilities and services we offer.
  • Collaborate with our fitness team to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout the process.
  • Sell memberships with monthly sales goals, working closely with our management team to drive studio growth.
  • Onboard new Orangetheory members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements, ensuring a smooth transition into our community.
  • Follow up with prospective clients via email and phone, providing them with personalized support and guidance.
  • Handle member requests and concerns in a professional and objective manner, always striving to find a resolution that meets their needs.
  • Participate in Orangetheory classes, as well as marketing and outreach events, staying connected with our community and promoting our brand.
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized, following a daily cleaning checklist to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our members.

  • A positive attitude with the ability to connect with anyone, building strong relationships with our members and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with our members, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Superb customer service skills, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • The ability to function in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Previous sales experience is highly preferred, but not essential – what matters most is your enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn and grow.
