About the Role

As an Electrical Systems Specialist at ATC Automation and Robotics, you will play a crucial part in delivering cutting-edge electrical solutions for various machinery and tooling projects. Our team works collaboratively with other disciplines to design, build, and debug complex electrical systems that meet engineering specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement wiring for automated equipment, adhering to precise engineering specifications.
  • Assemble and wire control panels, including adding holes for component mounting or routing wires.
  • Review detailed documentation such as schematics, bills of materials, and drawings to ensure accurate wiring implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues with electrical panels and systems, encompassing communication networks, digital/analog signals, DC power, and AC power up to 480V.
  • Routinely inspect and manage field-wirable devices, including those requiring dynamic or flexible cabling, ensuring adherence to best practices for routing and securing cables.
  • Assist with the installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve missing or inadequate information, documenting changes as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with project leads and managers on schedule, budget, and scope.
Physical Requirements
  • Work in standing or sitting positions continuously.
  • Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor.
  • Occasionally exert 20 to 50 pounds of force.
  • Frequently exert 10 to 25 pounds of force.
  • Constantly exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$110,000, based on industry standards and location.
