Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. You will also receive three weeks of paid vacation and holidays, CME reimbursement up to $850, and educational reimbursement opportunities.

Job Description

As a Physician Assistant, you will work Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, in our Dover and Millersburg locations. Your role will involve seeing 25-30 patients per day, including new, follow-up, and post-operative cases. You will be comfortable performing in-office procedures, such as I.Enasal endoscopy, Fiberoptic Laryngoscopy, cerumen removal, skin lesions, FNAs, and small office biopsies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should be a board-certified Physician Assistant with 1-2+ years of experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of rural healthcare principles and practices is also essential.
