Medical Professional for Anesthesia Care

- We offer a staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and 16 CRNAs covering 10 ORs, Cath Lab, IR, and Endo.
- Average surgical volume: 8000 cases annually.
The diverse mix of cases includes Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, and more.
CRNAs have the autonomy to practice top of license, perform blocks, do own lines, and manage airways with demonstrated proficiency.
Our current schedule includes 4, 10-hour shifts plus beeper call for additional compensation. One week/late case finishes and one 48-hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months are also part of the rotation.
Incentive and Benefits PackageWe offer an outstanding compensation package, including a tiered base salary, $20K geographic stipend, and $15K cardiac proficiency stipend.

- 8 weeks of Time Away From Practice with no waiting period.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift.
