We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community at Brookdale Tramway Ridge in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic leadership opportunity where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our community. You will oversee all aspects of the business, including associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
You will create and execute a business plan to grow revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality resident experiences and care. Your expertise will be crucial in developing a strong working relationship with our sales team to drive sales results and exceed occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all community operations, interacting with staff, residents, prospects, and their families as necessary.
- Develop and implement a business plan to become a preferred senior living community in the local market, analyzing and executing annual operating and capital budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with management teams, cultivating an inclusive community culture that empowers department leaders to supervise, direct, and motivate staff.
- Support department leaders in recruiting and hiring high-quality associates, ensuring they are appropriately trained and developed to meet resident needs.
- Maintain positive resident relations, solving problems and resolving issues proactively. Lead efforts to leverage satisfied residents to grow community occupancy.
- Ensure collaborative relationships with clinical leaders to provide high-quality services and care, overseeing resident services and documentation.
- Analyze financial data to develop plans to overcome unanticipated expenses or revenue shortfalls, driving sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed budgeted revenue and occupancy targets.
- Bachelor's Degree required, with minimum three years related operational leadership experience.
- Valid administrator license in states where required, and valid driver's license with access to a private vehicle for business use.
- Advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and functional discipline, with excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and delegate assignments effectively.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
