As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex Android applications that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in modern mobile architecture patterns, such as MVC and MVVM, will be invaluable in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


You will work closely with our product owners and business analysts to review and provide feedback on requirements, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify and resolve technical issues, mentor other developers, and advance your technical skills through ongoing training and professional development.


With your expertise in Android development, you will be responsible for the technical design of features, work breakdown, and daily updating of remaining and actual time for assigned subtasks. Your strong communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.




  • Technical Competence: Full understanding of business requirements, technical design, and detailed implementation of assigned applications and how they work within the enterprise architecture.
  • Functional Scope: Own the requirements acceptance, design, work plan, and delivery of a group of features.
  • Requirements: Work closely with product owners and business analysts to review and provide feedback on requirements.
  • Design: Responsible for the technical design of features by collaborating with other team members.
  • Work Plan: Responsible for the work breakdown of all features with subtasks.
  • Development Delivery: Responsible for the performance, security, and reliability of all application development work.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews from other developers on the team and contribute to defining coding standards.
  • Quality: Responsible for unit and functional tests of development work.


Technical Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience working in the Android ecosystem.
  • Strong familiarity with modern mobile architecture patterns like MVC and MVVM.
  • Familiarity with Android Jetpack libraries such as navigation components, Material design, Room, annotations, arc.core (for testing LiveData).
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Android Java framework.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the native Android platform (experience with cross-platform development, like Xamarin, is nice to have though).
  • Experience implementing popular libraries, like Retrofit, OkHttp, Gson, Jetpack, Picasso, Zxing, RxJava, MPAndroidChart, Espresso, Robolectric.
  • Strong knowledge of the Kotlin language.
  • Strong familiarity with Secure Coding Practices, including build obfuscation and implementation of encryption utilities, like HTTPS, TLS, Android KeyChain API.
  • Experience implementing Encryption frameworks and working with common encryption utilities, like HTTPS, TLS, SHA-256, Android KeyChain API, Cipher Block Chaining.
  • Bonus: Technical prowess integrating with third-party devices, like Watches, Heart Monitors, Security Systems, Payment Terminals.
  • Bonus: Strong understanding of Client-Server full-stack architecture.
