Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lighting Industry Account Manager to join our team at Lucifer Lighting Company. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong customer service skills, technical knowledge of lighting products, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This position involves working directly with customers to process orders, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our sales representatives and customers, managing orders from start to finish, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Process orders efficiently and effectively, including expediting, credit holds, returns, freight quotes, and shipment methods
  • Problem solve at a high level to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and features, able to offer alternative product solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the lighting industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
