Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Sales Manager to join our team at Inspire Event Technologies LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling audio visual equipment and services to clients at a specific hotel or venue.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating quotes, corresponding with clients, and targeting revenue goals. You will also work directly with clients to determine their meeting needs and preferences, and match them to our AV services and products.

In addition, you will work closely with hotel sales staff and others to contact upcoming clients and secure AV business. You will participate in on-site and off-site visits with prospective clients, as well as pre and post-event meetings.

You will negotiate directly with clients to secure AV business and client vision, and work closely with our AV staff to consult on the selection and acquisition of AV equipment and labor.

Requirements for this role include a high degree of demonstrated customer service, sales, and hospitality skills. You should have proven experience in developing positive customer relationships and focusing on increasing customer satisfaction.

You should also have familiarity with the capabilities of audio-visual equipment, set-up, and general operations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, networking, IT device management, PC and Mac operations, are also required.

Additionally, you should exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and demonstrate creativity and initiative in capturing AV business. You should also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, sometimes stressful team environment.

This role is eligible for a cell phone allowance and a bonus plan, and offers a competitive benefits package for full-time employees.
