Job Overview

This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of children. As an After School Care Instructor, you will be responsible for leading instruction in our programs using approved curriculum and other resources.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for our students
  • Work well with a variety of groups including fellow staff, school personnel, families, and children
  • Lead instruction in the program using approved curriculum and other resources
  • Demonstrate effective classroom management techniques
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding behavior and daily activities
Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Have a passion for education
  • Comfortable with technology (phone, laptop, etc)
  • Perform other duties as directed
  • Minimum Education: Associate's Degree
  • Must be able to meet and stay current on state-specific licensing requirements
