In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of rail systems by monitoring switch points and track conditions. You will also be responsible for coupling and uncoupling air hoses between railcars and replacing broken connectors.

To succeed in this position, you will need 2-3 years of rail experience and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you must be able to follow safety protocols and practices at all times. A strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.
