Weekend Hospice Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hospice team in Montgomery, VA. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients under the direction of a registered nurse and physician's plan of care.
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve continuity of client care.
- Prepare clinical progress notes and follow client care plans as developed by the registered nurse and according to agency policy.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a certified licensed practical nursing program.
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of VA.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
- Hospice experience strongly preferred.
- Reliable transportation and company required auto liability insurance.
